History of Photography
This lecture course is structured by themes that have continually reoccurred throughout the history of photography. While the class will start with the beginning of photography at it’s invention and ultimately end with more contemporary issues, the class will not follow a strictly chronological order. Each week will have readings to go along with the lecture from writers such as Paul Graham, Todd Papageorge, Phillip Gefter, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy and John Swarkowski.
INCLUDES: Tuition includes a pass to RayKo’s group color and B&W darkrooms and computer workstations. This pass does not include access to scanners or printer workstations
DATES: Wed, 6:30-8:30p, Apr 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24
