This 2-session class focuses on getting the most out of shooting landscapes using your iPhone. We will be begin by looking at current and past styles of landscape photography to inform our image making. After lecture and lunch, we will make our way over to the Marin Headlands just north of San Francisco for a few hours of on-site shooting to complete our day. Students will have the week to complete additional shooting assignments to be reviewed during day 2. In the second meeting, we will explore the specific options of apps for editing landscape images and how get the most out of those apps. Students can pay an additional $25 fee for transportation to the Headlands for up to 4 students.
