What is a landscape? How have artists promoted and changed their response to landscape? What new approaches to landscape photography exist? Through slide shows, class discussions, shooting assignments, and field trips, this workshop will lead students toward new perspectives and a greater critical awareness of landscape in relation to creative photography.
BRING: Notebook and 4-6 photographic prints of your own work that explore some consistent idea, question, or theme. Or simply bring 4-6 photographs of yours that interest you.
INCLUDES:Tuition includes lab pass to color and B&W group darkrooms, B&W film processing and digital computer stations. Tuition does not include access to scanners or printer workstations.
