As image sharing applications become a common part of our lives, the ability to share ideas and artwork across the world has expanded exponentially. Aesthetic trends emerge daily on these platforms; often defying cultural, linguistic and physical borders to create a globalized dialogue united by our visual culture existing more and more online. In celebration of this, we seek to add a twist to the conversation by turning the digital into the physical; allowing one to explore the notions of physicality and permeance in an increasingly digital world.
