HOW IT WORKS


STEP 1 : RECOMMENDED FILE PREP

Ensure that your image(s) print at the highest quality, please set up your files using these settings:  

• Color space: Adobe RGB
• Bit depth: 16-bit
• File format: TIFF, PSD, JPEG (TIFF or PSD recommended)

If you don't know how to set these settings, just bring your images to Rayko and a digital lab tech will help you set everything up!  

Please also consider the following, as you will need to answer these questions when filling out your order:

• Size images with proper width and height dimensions, consistent resolutions, include borders, and what paper type you would like us to print your image on.

 STEP 2 : UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE

Use our upload form (by clicking on the image to the right) to send us your files.  After completed, you will get an email confirming your order, and a thumbnail image of all the images you sent.  Please check this to make sure everything is accurate.  Minimum print order $20. 

 

 

STEP 3 : APPROVE YOUR PROOF

After 1 business day, Rayko Digital Lab has 4x6 proof prints of all of your images on the paper you choose so you can check color and density.  Please come by Rayko, 428 Third Street, SF to approve your proof or request changes.

 STEP 4 : PICK UP

After 2 business weekdays (Tues-Fri) *, Rayko Digital Lab will have your prints packed and ready for pick-up. Just ask a Rayko attendant on the first floor for assistance.  Your order pick-up will be under the last name that was submitted when you placed the order.  Congrats!

*Please note that custom orders, specials, or large orders (in size or quantity) may take 3 business days or longer.  Customers will be notified union receiving orders if a delay may occur.
