Payment in full is required at time of registration. Snail-mail registration is by check only, download our registration form and snail-mail to RayKo Photo Center c/o Workshop Registration, 428 3rd Street, SF, CA 94107. If the class is full, we will call with alternatives or, if no alternative is available, return your check and place you on a wait list for the next open section. Sorry, we do not accept international credit cards.
Register for any class one week before it starts and receive $25 off per class. The system automatically deducts this discount.
Friend Discount: Register for the same class with a friend and each of you will receive 10% off. All registrations must be made by one person in a single transaction. To take advantage of the discount online, set the quantity to 2 (or 3, or 4...) when adding to the cart (or change the quantity in the shopping cart). The system automatically deducts this discount.
The discount only applies if two or more you enroll in the same class. Please enter the full name of your companion at the checkout stage including their name, email, and phone number in the comments section of your registration form.
Class Bundle Discount: Some classes provide a 20% bundle discount if students register for a level 1 and level 2 of the same class at the same time. This info is listed under "Additional Discounts" if the class receives the discount. Please call us at 415-495-3773 if you need more info.

WITHDRAWALS & REFUND POLICY
Refunds are gladly given for withdrawals or class changes one week or more prior to the class start date, minus a $10 administration fee. Refund and withdrawal requests must be made over the phone during businesses hours. No refunds or credit for withdrawals less than one week before the first session or for no-shows. Sorry, there are no exceptions to this policy. Full refunds are given if a class is cancelled. RayKo can not guarantee students can make up any missed classes due to illness or other matters. In some cases, student can pay for a discounted one-on-one make up session with the instructor.
If student cancels part of a purchased bundle of classes or under the Friend Discount registration, the bundle discount/multiple discount no longer applies. Students will be charged full rate for the remaining class and the refunded amount will reflect this change. All other refund policies remain applicable.
Cancellation Policies for Summer Camp:
Cancel from now to 3 weeks prior to start of section date (Refund minus $25 processing fee)
Cancel 2 weeks before start of section date (Refund minus $100 processing fee)
Cancel less than 2 weeks (14 days) before start of section date (No refund)
**Please note any cancellations for multiple campers or multiple sections will result in no longer receiving a discount***
In terms of a sick camper/family emergency/ last min our cancellation policy is:
"Full Refunds will be granted less than 14 days before the class starts for excruciating circumstances WITH PROOF (ie: illness, family emergency, death etc)
LOW ENROLLMENT CANCELLATION
In rare circumstances a workshop may be cancelled due to low enrollment. This cancellation is generally made 2 days prior to a class start date. If this occurs, enrolled students have the option of a full refund, credit worth the full amount to be applied to another workshop, or credit towards discounted private tutoring (discount depends on the workshop). RayKo is not liable for any arrangements students makes to attend a workshop and will not refund any non-tuition expenses.
If a class is cancelled in a purchased bundle of classes student may get a full refund or access to the next section the class is offered at the bundled discount rate.
FULL CLASSES & WAIT-LISTS
If your desired class is full, call or email to be added to the wait-list in case a spot opens up. If a wait-list gets long enough, we’ll try our hardest to open new sections, but if this is not possible, people on the wait-list receive priority notification when the next semester’s schedule is finalized.
On rare occasions, instructors may be unable to fulfill their commitment to teach a course. We will do our best to find a replacement instructor of equal caliber to take over. In very rare circumstances, a course may have to be canceled.
If a student needs to miss a class we can do our best to connect you with the instructor to get any material/handouts given in the missed classes. In some cases we can accommodate a discounted one on one make up session with the instructor. Due to the nature of preparation and materials, there are no make up classes for any alternative and historical process classes.
RayKo, RayKo staff, or RayKo affiliated instructors are not responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings, photography or computer equipment.
